Wireless Lap Counting and Timing System from Dirt Champ Design

I found this lap counting and timing system on a russian Mini-Z site (www.mini-z.ru). The site, by the way, is very good with a comprehensive collection of auto-scale bodies, organized by chassis type and length.

The timing system itself looks cool. I guess the main advantage over traditional systems is that it communicates wirelessly (bluetooth) with the computer running the lap counting software.

Cost is around 350 EUR for the system (including the software and one transponder) and 50 EUR for each additional transponder. Follow this link for more info.
